Thank you for shopping at SEC coded! We want to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), and Armed Forces locations.

Our flat-rate shipping makes it easy to know exactly what you'll pay:

  • Orders $0 - $49.99: $7.00 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $50.00 - $74.99: $5.00 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $75.00 - $1,000.00: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders over $1,000.00: Standard shipping rates apply

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

International Shipping

We ship to over 27 countries worldwide, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and throughout Europe. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 10-21 business days
  • Other International: 14-28 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time:

  • UPS
    • Our primary carrier for domestic shipments
  • USPS
    • For standard and P.O. Box deliveries
  • FedEx
    • For expedited and express shipping
  • DHL Express
    • For international shipments

The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Your tracking information will indicate which carrier is handling your delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@sec-coded.com.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping. All shipping rate tiers apply to P.O. Box addresses.

International Orders - Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. SEC coded is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@sec-coded.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts when recipient is unavailable
