At SEC coded, each item is made to order. While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
Return Eligibility
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive:

Incorrect (wrong item or design)
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.
Reporting an Issue
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will provide next steps.
Return Shipping
In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will cover return shipping costs.
Resolution Process
After reviewing your request, we will notify you of approval. Approved claims will result in either:

A replacement item at no additional cost, or

A full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
